Experiments have proved that the uneven feeding of the linear vibrating screen can easily result in the following three points:
1. Screen damage: When using a linear vibrating screen, the feeding is uneven or too much at one time, which exceeds the pressure that the screen can withstand. The screen is severely stressed and is likely to cause rapid damage to the screen.
2. Low screening efficiency: When the vibrating screen is in operation, too much material is put in at one time, which exceeds the screening load that the linear screen can withstand, causing the material to be discharged from the discharge port before it can be screened, resulting in excessive fine material Discharging from the coarse material port will greatly reduce the screening efficiency.
3. Reduce the service life of the vibrating motor: When using a linear vibrating screening machine, uneven feeding or excessive feeding at one time will suddenly increase the load of the vibrating motor and cause damage to the motor, which is the most serious.
