The three-dimensional rotary vibrating screen is usually also called a vibrating screen. The vibrating screen is the most common light screening product, which can effectively remove impurities, screen and classify small particles, powders and liquid materials. Many users of rotary vibrating screen have encountered the problem of slow removal of impurities on the screen during use. For this problem, there are three solutions. Users can refer to and solve this problem when they encounter this problem.
1. Check whether the entire rotary vibrating screen is working in a horizontal state. If the entire equipment is not on a horizontal surface, the removal of impurities will be slow, which affects the screening efficiency. This can be solved by adding or reducing the vibration damping foot of the rotary vibrating screen. this problem;
2. For new equipment, if this problem occurs at the beginning of use, check the screen and the discharge port in time to see if they are on the same level. If the screen and the discharge port are not level, it will cause the rotary vibrating screen to discharge impurities slowly. If a problem occurs, it is a production quality problem of the rotary vibrating screen, and it should be reported to the manufacturer in time for an effective solution.
3. If none of the above two problems exist, you can adjust the angle of the eccentric block of the vibration motor of the rotary vibrating screen to change the speed of the material moving on the screen surface; the smaller the angle, the faster the material will spread out; the greater the angle If the material is larger, the material will spread out more slowly, and the angle of the eccentric block of the vibration motor should be kept≥5° each time. In addition, if the angle of the eccentric block of the vibration motor is too small, it will affect the accuracy of the screening, so the user should adjust it according to the condition of the material and the requirements of the screening accuracy.
