Direct Discharge Vibration Sieve for Soy Flour

During the FIC 2021 ( Food Ingredients China), one client from Jiangsu visited our booth and inquired a vibration sieve for soy flour, to be on safe side, he sent 5kgs flour sample to us to test by our machine.
First, we tested it by a rotary vibration sieve, 10 mesh, up to 98% can pass though the mesh in a short time. But there are some product that stay on the bottom collector. As the feature of product is a bit oily.
Then we turned to direct discharge vibration sieve, the outlet is directly below the feed inlet.
It can solve that problem.
Finally we sent the testing video to the client, by comparison, he was very satisfied with and chose the direct discharge sieve.
